Common questions.
Is there a contract?
No. The app is monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your first week is free, so you can try it properly before you pay anything.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page is the full amount you pay. There is no VAT to add on top.
Are there any other fees?
We never charge commission on bookings or for new clients. If you choose to take card payments through the app, a processing fee applies to each card payment, and you see it before you switch card payments on. Cash and bank transfer payments cost nothing extra.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The app is designed to be used on your phone between clients. If you get stuck, the Salon Book Assistant can answer how-to questions, and a real person is an email away.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move between Starter and Pro, and nothing you have set up is lost.
Can I start with the app and have my own website later?
Yes, and many people do. When you are ready for your own website and online booking, we build it around the business you already have.
