Working together

From the first idea to fully booked.

Software on its own does not change how a business runs. Sometimes what you need is someone alongside you, working out what to do first, what can wait, and who to bring in. That is what this is.

What this is

A partnership, not a project.

Most people do not need a strategy document. They need to know what to do on Monday, what it will cost, and what they can safely leave until later.

We work through the whole thing with you. Where a specialist is genuinely needed we bring one in, and we keep the parts joined up so you are not the one chasing four different people.

Where you are now

Three places people usually start.

Just starting

You have the idea

You know what you want to offer but not what to set up first, or in what order. We work out the shortest sensible route from where you are to open and taking bookings.

Growing

You want to offer more

New treatments, a second chair, a room to rent out, a first hire. We work through what changes in the day to day, and what needs to be in place before it does.

Modernising

You want to stop doing it by hand

The paper diary, the spreadsheet, the folder of consent forms. We move what makes sense to move, in an order that never leaves you without a working business.

How it works

A short, honest process.

1

Understand

We go through how the business actually runs today, rather than how it is supposed to.

2

Plan

You get a written plan in plain English. What to do, in what order, what it costs, and what can wait.

3

Build

We set it up, and bring in the right specialists where a specialist genuinely adds something.

4

Launch and after

We stay involved once you are live, because the first three months are when the real questions arrive.

The people we bring in

We do not pretend to do everything.

Some of this needs a specialist. Branding and photography, accounting, and regulatory advice where treatments are regulated.

We work with a small number of partners we trust, and we bring them in only where they add something you could not get otherwise. You deal with us, and we keep the parts joined up. No fee for an introduction, and no pressure to use anyone.
